Wifi adaptor intall issue

I using Kali linux in VirtualBox i want to know how do i use wlan0 i use external adaptor as well my adaptor name is Realtak802, i have attached the file but after run the kali linux setting changed into NAT, Kindly Advice

If your host OS is already using the external WiFi adapter, it cannot then also be used for a VM running on that same host, that will get a virtual adapter only.

A VM can use a USB adapter if that USB adapter is being 'passed through' to the VM for its exclusive use.
