Hello! I have vmware fusion 12.4. So copy from the guest os (Kali) to host (Mac os Monterey) and back does not work. Dragging doesn't work either. Open-vm-tools and open-vm-tools-desktop is installed - no success.

In the Virtual machine settings /isolation menu you have to allow drag and drop and copy paste as an option
