Hi.

When installing Kali bare metal on my new laptop, I get the following message

"""
some of your hardware needs non-free firmware. the firmware can be loaded from removable media, such as a USB stick or floppy.
the missing firmware files are: iwlwifi-so-a0-hr-b0-71.ucode [there is a big list of files...]
"""

I tried downloading the files from this site and putting on a usb, but when I click Yes to say that I've inserted a usb containing the files, it doesn't detect them. My laptop doesn't have an ethernet port, so I can't connect to the internet without this firmware.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

USB drive must be formatted FAT and I believe there should be a root directory labelled 'Firmware' for everything to be in;
