line 220: can't open '/scripts/live' (Second install)

Hey Guys, I have been following the instructions from: http://www.linuxbsdos.com/2013/03/24/dual-boot-windows-7-and-kali-linux/2/

Everything time I attempt to boot into Kali linux, it says the following error:

Booting the kernal.
tsc: fast TSC calibration failed
Loading, Please wait...
/init: .: line 220: can't open '/scripts/live'
[3.614681] Kernal panic - not syncing: attempted to kill init! exit code 0x00000200


I am unsure how to proceed as this is the second time I have received this exact same error?, I even redownloaded my ISO on second attempt and burn it to a DVD....

check the sha1..If correct, you might be seeing a faulty DVD unit in your laptop or pc...

Try the USB install, just refer to wiki and please, use the dd option to create the USB live.
