Issue - Remotely Accessing Secure Kali Pi

Hey,

I'm trying to set-up the 'Secure Kali Pi' on a Rpi4.
I followed this tutorials (https://www.kali.org/blog/remotely-accessing-secure-kali-raspberry-pi/#access-point-mode) in Acces Point Mode, but when i boot, i have this error: ''route: netmask 000000ff and host conflict"
I followed every steps correctly but i can't have an Acces Point working !
