The same issue as 2020 came across, gvm is reporting an outdated version of the scanning engine.
Of course we can switch to the source package and download, make, make install it from source on our own, but I would prefer the package maintainer to build them for us.
May I ask for the plans to do so?
Is any support needed, I would offer to volunteer, but I am pretty new in contributing packages, as I am just a consumer so far.
