also I have a Windows 7 x64 OS in my laptop, and I don't have any overheating problem in it, except when playing 3D Games.

Well that temp seems quite "usual", I am having around 60°C however my room is quite cold and the window's always open.
What I don't get is "acpitz-virtual-0" how can a Virtual Device have a Temperature? :P

However: Install conky
apt-get install conky; conky& and see whatthe Frequency does. I have 1.2GHz at 1% CPU-Usage all the time.
I guess there is the problem: High load requiring high CPU-Freq, unable to control CPU-Freq or CPU doesn't support low freqs (or maybe not configured)

I do not see any overheating numbers in the output, my friend.
