ISO for older systems can be found here as a torrent or ddl I really dont know how well it will work because i dont have a old laptop but i have managed to get it to work on a newer system in fail safe mode. please leave feedback and seed.

I took the DDL down do to too much bandwidth usage but the torrent is still good :)

Any reason why you encrypted the file twice?
Are you referring to his references to MD5 and SHA-1 numbers? I believe his including these is very good practice for when someone downloads the file, they can assure file integrity. Its the Hash Algorithms of his uploaded build so one can double-check said file. What do you mean by 'encrypted the file twice'?

But there is no official kali-linux-1.3-i386 Vmware images avaliable for downloads. It would be cool create it also if this is a possible.
Is this a build WITH PAE so it can be installed on older machines??? sorry but no i tried to make one for older systems but it wouldn't boot right i could try again but no promises.

If anyone can make an iso for older systems PLEASE do and post it... I've been trying for weeks and can't get it to work... View my thread to see my current error and maybe you can help. But anyway, thank you in advanced.

Thank you shaberu! I also managed to get one created FINALLY. Took me 4 hours of fighting but finally made it work and installed it to my d600 laptop. LOVE IT just wish the built in wifi card was capable of packet injection :( guess i'll stick with the ALFA or TP-Link TN-WN722N

I am in the same boat here with my old Sony pcg-z1va, the built in card isn't capable, but hey, the OS is fantastic!
if your laptops have a pcmcia card slot you could buy a real cheep card that kali supports.
