Hi,
Iam looking for a driver on KALI:

Intel Corporation NM10/ICH7 Family High Definition Audio Controller

Iam trying to use Skype, but when I go to

Options->Sound Devices->

i can only choose: "Microphone PulseAudio Server(local)"

it doesn't work ... I don't know what to do ... Can anyone help !?

Check the followings:
If PulseAudio service is up:

service pulseaudio status
If Pulse Audio Daemon isn't running

start-pulseaudio-x11 -D

reboot
Hope you didn't forget to Unmute Mic.
If you're in Gnome Desktop, on top right of your screen, right click on Volume and Select Sound Preferences.
Select the correct Input device here and test your Mic. Retry Skype Mic.
