Backup USB with persistence

I use Kali with USB and persistence. Can i create a backup with all my packages, updates, personalizations and files to use in another USB pen?

you can try using clonzilla and doing a full drive clone but the flash drive you are copying to must be the exact same size or bigger preferably bigger
