I had trouble building a live image of this so I worked out a alternate solution. Download and instal Linux Deploy from the google play store. Do a kali linux system install and choose other for your desktop option. This will build you a image with no desktkop but some vary nice base dependancies.

ssh into your box and proceed as follows
##add the debian keychain and all other build toold then proceed as follows

mkdir ~/system-build-config/config/archives

echo 'deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian testing main contrib non-free' | cat >> /etc/apt/sources.list
echo 'deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian testing main contrib non-free' | cat > ~/live-build-config/config/archives/debian.list.binary
echo 'deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian testing main contrib non-free' | cat > ~/live-build-config/config/archives/debian.list.chroot

apt-get update
cp /usr/share/keyrings/debian-archive-keyring.gpg > ~/live-build-config/config/archives/debian.key.chroot
cp /usr/share/keyrings/debian-archive-keyring.gpg > ~/live-build-config/config/archives/debian.key.binary

I then wrapped this in a script to install most the dependancies I know about.and a few other things

## you could then do a full system install
## apt-get install kali-liunx
## apt-get install kali-linux-full

or you could add any of the other fat that is reccommended with a full envronment

I am still testing this on my s4. Getting some odd responces from the touch keyboard, acouple of dbus errors for no 1/0 which I think is a problem from the authority issued by xdg or something like that. There is good info at the enlightenment.org website and of course google.
Have not gotten to xrender composite down yet either but I think its doing. Just needs some work. Oddly enough xforwarding over ssh works fine so im going to try messing with the vnc. GOOD LUCK!
