Root login problem

im new to linux and today however i have installed latest Kali by mistake i left username and password fields blank while installing now when im trying to login as root it is saying that sulogin: root account is locked,starting shell

hope some1 help me out thanks:)

I'm affraid you have to reinstall.

Unless you are a knowlwdged user, create an account and add it to the sudoers group to grant root privileges, you might want to reinstall.

What shell is started? Do a whoami cmd. Kali can't log u in with a reg acct. Only root is accepted.
