Hello everybody,
I installed Kali in a virtual machine and it seemed to work, but...

I installed the virtualBox guest additions but this doesn't seem to work. Either by apt-get or by the VB guest-additions CD-ROM. The installation says it's complete, but when you restart Kali, nothing happens. I mean it restarts but the guests additions don't work. I still have a small screen resolution and no full screen possibility nor any of the features the guests additions should bring.

Did anyone try to do the same as me, having either more success or the same kind of problems ?

Tell me...

Have a nice day !

If you found nothing, short answer:

- Install build-essentials and module-assistant by apt-get install build-essential module-assistant
- Mount VBoxAdditions driver iso [Host+D]
- Start installation by sh /media/cdrom/VBoxLinuxAdditions.run

Works fine for me
cheers
