kali compatible notebook

I used backtrack R2 for a considerable time and when i migrated to backtrack R3 my wifi device stopped working, in the end i just gave up.

now i want to buy a specific notebook to get back studying kali linux.

in backtrack R3 i saw somewhere a list of notebooks that were full compatible if it, a list that when someone installed backtrack R3 in the notebook, and everything worked fine, they posted there the notebook model, i did not find such thing here.

i would like some help finding such notebook, i will use it for kali linux, and kali linux only, how i can choose such notebook?

i want to spend around 1k, and by personal tastes I prefer AMD processors, suggestions are welcome :)

I am new to the forum, sorry if i did something wrong or posted in the wrong section, i read all the rules and etc, tried my best for not doing such things.
