Help with network adapter on monitor mode.

Hello guys, i am having one problem on my network card, on my cellphone. I am using the Linux Deploy, and running the Kali.
When i try set the wlan0 or p2p0 on monitor mode, say this, and i now know what i do. Someone can help me?
