Install Flash Player for Chromium

download flash player from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
extraire file
then copy libflashplayer.so to plugins of chromium
cp libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/chromium/plugins/

I still have the same problem,even if I follow the instructions I still couldn't run flash player with chromiumits work finely with chrome and firefox
