Kali - Atheros AR5007EG Connection problem

Hello Everyone

I am b0thr1c and this is my first time on the forums :D

I have a problem with my wifi and I hope somebody can help me and that this post may help others with the same problem.

I install Kali Linux 1.0.6 on my Acer Aspire one AOA 110-aw everything works great expect my wifi, the adapter is a Atheros AR5007EG.
It see all the wifi AP's but can not connect to a single one, I tested with the follow security settings on the AP's: OPEN, WEP, WPA, WPA2
But it just will not connect to any of them, if I try to connect to anything with a key/password it just keeps asking for the key/password.

I will try and give as much info as possible and if you need more just ask me and i will get it ASAP ;)

I have tried booting with pcie_aspm=force. Still no go :(

Oops my bad, added pcie_aspm=force at the wrong place :rolleyes:

i added it now correctly:
