i've seen a few posts regarding people having issues with the iceauthority after creatin a new username, heres the easiest way to create one without issue
login into root account
go to terminal
adduser UserName; chown UserName .ICEauthority
replace the 2 Username with whatever username you want to use, make sure there both the same!
