Main Menu "Kali Linux" group scrambles

If you use the "Main Menu" tool to enable/disable any application's appearance in Main Menu it moves all PenTest application from "Kali Linux" group to "Other" group. I've filed a bug# 0000257

Steps to Re-produce:

1) Open Applications > System Tools > Preferences > Main Menu
2) Check or Un-Check any application
