Kali 1.0.7 network problem on ESXi 5.5

i am using on local vmware workstation no problem.
but

when i wanna install on my server VmWare Esxi 5.5 dont connect with internet... very interesting problem.. i am using live ed on same vds no problem.. i can surf on internet with live ed on esxi 5.5

whats problem or whats wrong on installation side
i tired 1.0.6 is same problem to.

who can help me ?

has the Kali VM installed dhcp or no active network?
Other, has you select the Networkmodule E1000?

i fix that problem with

echo "nameserver 8.8.8.8" > /etc/resolv.conf

many times i was install all kali vers.. no change.
i input ip and gateway/dns address on install steps..
i am writing after install no change to..
i can ping IP but cant ping any domain name.. mean cant update to.
when i enter that codec, problem fixed.
i dont say vmware workstation.. havent problem on workstation...

this problem just on vmware esxi 5.5
