Why Tor Proxy is not installed?

i am using kali linux on my usb stick with booting my computer with my usb stick. If i will use the tor proxy, i must every time install tor proxy. Would you install Tor Proxy on next version of kali linux?

Becuase tor isn't used in most professional pentests.

If you wish, you can build your own ISO and include whatever packages/patches/settings you wish.
