i successfully get on the webserver but i am only familiar with armitage. Is it available on nethunter?
Yes, it is. It takes a couple of minutes to load, and is accessible over a VNC session.
Once you start yor VNC session, you will have a full Kali desktop environment. From here you will be able to launch Armitage or any of the other GUI based tools.
