Upgrade to Android 5

My Nexus 5 shows me theres an update to Android OS to 5.0 If I install this, will it mess up my Nethunter? I've been holding off on upgrading since I enjoy net hunter more than whatever new features 5.0 has. Has anyone upgraded yet or know if its OK to do?

If you upgrade you will lose nethunter.
