Usb Wireless N Adapter 148f:7601 install problem

hello guys
Im using kali linux 1.0.9a amd 64bit on vmware and im using the same Kali on a persistent usb drive
Im having troubles installing my usb wireless N adapter (428f:7601) ralink technology corp.
I have tried all possible solution from the internet and the problem persists.
It seems that kali doesn recognise the usb device properly .. sadly no way is working for me..
what should i do?!

when im trying to install from the original drivers that contains the CD

I got no return when I try to use airmong-ng command

where is the problem? why noone know to solve this?
