I am running a msi gp60 leopard and its great, optimus works well, everything except for monitor mode on the wireless chip. Online it says monitor is supported. But when trying to use monitor mode it just jams up essentially. I cant run airodump or anything for that matter. Does anyone have a fix for this wireless card. lspci shows it as this - 05:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation Wireless 3160 (rev 83) and airmon-ng shows wlan0 Intel AC iwlwifi - [phy0]
