Hi I need help BAD :(
I have a nexus 10, 32GB tablet. i have followed all the instructions, and at the end step 7 using nethunter installer for windows, at the last stage to install nethunter, click on flash kali linux+Root button, the nexus shut down then nothing.
it does not even boot up again, blank screen. USB is connected as it was from the start. as said above the nexus 10 now wont boot, all that shows when i press the power button is the charging logo, but nothing else.

the fact i bought this device new £400, and it wont even boot up makes me very annoyed , and i dont think i can be blamed for that! i cant even contact the people at nethunter for help :(

So, can anyone help me please, or at lest a guide on how to put back kitkat android on again.

please help!
thank you

james

jwm - The fact you see a battery tells me your device isn't dead, but I've also never heard of anyone having this issue before.

You should be able to get into fastboot still. If you can get into fastboot you can restore your device with factory images.

Here is a good guide to follow: http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/how-unbrick-nexus-10-restore-stock-firmware-1443557

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles and please let me know if you need any more help.

I have NEXUS 10 Tablet as well,an you should always do these things with full battery or plugged into power source, but your device shouldn't be dead if you can see battery icon.
plug it into power charger or just leave it connected to your PC for a while let it charge. i don't think you have anything to worry about once you get a sufficient charge back on device ..

And you really need to Down load this i think http://www.wugfresh.com/nrt/ or google [TOOLKIT] SKIPSOFT ANDROID TOOLKIT - NEXUS 10 - Drivers, Root, Recovery + MORE is another one i jave only used Wugfresh tho,but these are tools i think you should have on hand in a just in case situation.. hope this helps please post back let us know how things are going ....

Assume same is valid for Nexus 10 - recommend to install nethunther on dual boot so you keep the prime ROM for regular use

i managed to get my hands on a second hand 2012 n7. i normally use the 2013 but any way. While trying to flash it, due completely to my own user error. I totally messed it up and after many hours searching i also had to use from what i recall the soft brick option of wugs toolkit. For a while i just had the intoxicated android man laid on his back. I know this was an n7 but maybe the softbrick option is the way to go.

To recover your Nexus, use step A 1/2/3 in the link I mentioned above http://noulloc.com/index.php/2-uncategorised/15-nexus-7-nethunter
chose the android stock you need/want for N10

Hi all
So sorry for not replying to you all till now, sadly I have been ill for a long time, but all is looking good :)

It seems, regarding unable to boot, or start up the tablet after install, is once you have fully installed nethunter on the nexus 10, it resets the battery to 0% so you need to fully charge the device, and this can take a while. Once charged, it works perfectly ! :)

Again , sorry for the very very late reply :(
