So i decided to install kali nethunter on my nexus 5 today but something seems to have gone wrong. All the steps were working but then i got to the part of unlocking my phone. after backing up my data i let the installer unlock it and my phone began to reboot. But it is got stuck in a bootloop. It went on for hours so i powered it off and tried again. i cannot boot into CWM recovery mode. no matter what i do it just shows the Google logo with the unlocked icon beneath it and then it does the little animation with the colored circles forever. Please help as my phone is now unusable.

!!!!Charge your phone almost full!!!!
1.: Nexus Root Toolkit http://www.wugfresh.com/nrt/
2.: Flash stock /newest kitkat, !not L!/+ Unroot and check Soft-bricked/bootloop
Install, follow instructions...
If all done:
3.: Nexus Root Toolkit --> Unlock
4.: root and check Custom recorvery --> you got TWRP and not CWM!!
5.: copy nethunter image to your phone http://images.kali.org/kali_linux_nethunter_1.10_hammerhead_kitkat.zip
6.: boot to twrp
install nethunter.zip
enjoy...

I'm very new to this if you could be a little more detailed in the instructions that would be great as i have never used these programs before. Also i have managed to get my nexus into fast boot mode but i cannot do a factory reset on it. Also im beginning to think that what caused this problem is that i had already rooted my phone with towel root and installed things such as super user and dual boot.

@skycrazy I manually flashed kitkat and just went the rest of the way through the installer and now it works fine
