How can I use /lib/live/mount/medium/ with read-write permission?

I use Kali Live linux on a USB drive but the problem is I can't use flash drive memory with read-write permission and I can only use it as read-only drive. USB drive is located at /lib/live/mount/medium/. How can I write data on this directory?
I tried to remount the drive but it hanged! (or maybe I didn't use a right syntax).
