Adobe flash player? or Firefox?

i am very pleased with everything about kali linux so far but i have not found a way to get the Adobe flash player? also i would love to have Firefox. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks :)

Hey dude , iceweasel is made of firefox source code. it is special to Debian :) Also i think , Adobe Flash Player is not safe and 3rd part software. But Gnash is very good and open source :) If you will research , you must look into gnash (http://www.gnu.org/software/gnash/)
