Hello to everyone, i am new here.

I am a complete begginer in kali linux but i love it on first sight :)..this is my problem. I am trying to make bootable usb kali linux persistence and i tried everything and i mean (trying that last 3 days) everything but i cant do it. I also screwed one usb. As i am a windows user i installed virtualbox and kali linux 2.0 on it and from there i am trying to make usb persistence. I cant. # dmesg shows my usb and gparted shows /dev/sdb but when i try to get to it just shows that its not directory. Dont know is that`s important but after #dmesg starts in the end shows two strange things (at least for me)..first: [sdb] No Caching mode page found...and second: [sdb] Assuming drive cache: write through..

So, can anyone please help me before i go mad.
Thanks
