After attempting to create a live USB for Kali 2.0 using unetbootin.app on Mac OSX, said live USB will not boot at all on a slightly older Toshiba laptop running Windows 7. Was able to boot the previous version of Kali, but won't work with this new one apparently. I select the USB as the boot device, and it goes straight into Windows. No error messages, no blinking cursors, nothing. What went wrong and where? And has this issue already turned up somewhere?
