Hello Guys, I'm new to kali linux 2.0 and having trouble on running it

just want to know how to properly install kali to my USB so it may boot to a live session
My Laptop is Asus Transformer t200TA
Windows 10 32 bit

Steps I've done so far:
Downloaded kali from the website (.iso)
then i followed the instructions mentioned here: http://docs.kali.org/downloading/kali-linux-live-usb-install

win32 imager doesn't recognize the .iso file so i tried the "all files option" and clicked write.
after that restarted my system got to bios disabled the secure boot and restarted again. after that i selected the usb to boot into but it just wont boot no error or anything.

soo i disabled the first boot option(my windows) then tried to boot from usb but nothing happens i go back to the bios again meaning nothing can be booted from usb.

after that i tried rufus still the same. , universal usb installer and selected backtrack since there's no kali option. still same

What am i doing wrong guys? :(
what did i miss to do?
i searched the internet but can't find a good guide for it

any resources guys? thank you ! :)

Clear PK keys or similiar and Secure Boot option will be [Disabled]. Worked on my case, using InsydeH20 BIOS
