857858Hello all,

2013 nexus 7 wifi (shapped with and running 5.0.1)

I've been trying to fix this problem for a few days now, and I know it's not something I did, because this all works flawlessly on my live USB.

When I try to start beef framework, the server starts, but the user UI login doesn't display, I just get a beef logo, but no way to login. I can see the error when beef loads, I just have no idea how to fix it.

Things I've tried

-uninstalling ruby and beef and reinstalling
-installed RVM and tried 4 different ruby versions 1.9.1, 1.9.3, 2.1.5, 2.1.6 but when I use RVM, set the env variables, I get more errors and the script wont even run

and here's what my beef screen looks like

anyone else have, or know how to address this issue, or why it's even happening? Thanks in advance for any help
