kali linux 2.0 can't connect internet via Network Manager as like kali 1.0

This is the Network Manager of kali 1.0 version through which i can connect to my broadband cable connection via DSL method

but when i upgraded in to kali 2.0 there is no option for DSL connection in which i will set my user and password. please help me....
