Hi, i tried to capture traffic using kali 2 and kali 1 with TP-Link TL-WN7200ND and this adapter is not working on my notebook. Originally i used kali virtualbox image and then i tried to boot from a usb flash with kali live installed on it, even then it didn't work. On a different notebook the adapter can enter monitor mode and see wifi networks but injection is not working, i also tried to boot kali live using a PC and here the adapter works - monitor+injection is working, i can see wifi networks. Also i tested wn721n adapter with my notebook and it's working in monitor+injection modes. So the problem is definitely with rt2800usb drivers i think because wn721n is working and WN7200ND is not working. Here is the info needed:

Hi Freund , you can also try this --->
Open Root Terminal and write in Konsole this :
1) sudo su echo "blacklist rt2800usb" >> /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
2) Reboot and let us have your report. :)

I have the same problem here with one difference. Sometimes my T-LINK WN7200ND working with sana. Sometimes it doesn't work.

@Anonyms I have black listed rt2800usb. Now I don't see any wireless device connected on sana.

Hi, I want to buy this adapter due to good transmit power 500mW (Alfa costs more) but I have question if in current 'age' is working well with kali - injection, aireplay, monitor atd ? Thanks
