Linksys AE-3000 install step?

Hi there I am a newbie in kali, I bought a CISCO LINKSYS AE-3000,somehow I dont really know how to make it work.....
I have checked http://geekniggle.blogspot.tw/2012/07/cisco-linksys-ae3000-wifi-usb-dongle.html .
But it still confusing me.... I use airmon-ng :it showed
phy0 wlan1 rt2800usb Linksys AE3000 802.11abgn (3x3) [Ralink RT3573]
lsusb:

but shouldn't it be rt3573?
and when i put it into wlan1mon, I insert wash -i wlan1mon,it showed

[X] ERROR: Failed to open 'wlan1mon' for capturing
and also,the fern wifi cracker couldn't scan for any access point.....(i had inserted airmon-ng check kill)
why would these happen? should I re-install the driver? Can anyone help the install steps and the other questions?
Any help will be appreciated!

"airmon-ng check kill" ,after that "airmon-ng start wlan1"

thanks kali2015,but its not working ,still find no accesspoints(and i am sooooooo sure there are many when i used wn722n)
