So my friend talked me into having Kali as an OS, and I found out I am terrible at coding. I tried switching it back, but the system wont let me. I have an ISO file for windows 7, but have absolutely no idea how to get it into a format that it can read. I have a USB and a couple of programs to turn it into a startup program, but the computer wont read it. I've tried nearly everything and it wont work. Please help, I can't be stuck with Kali, I have no idea how to operate it and do not wish to learn at this point, maybe later, but right now I need something I can work with. Thanks so much.

You need a Windows PC. Use the MS "USB/DVD Downloade Tool" and burn your iso to usb.
The usb will be bootable and you can install Windows from scratch.

But since you need experience with Linux I would recommend using Ubuntu or Linux Mint instead.
