kali linux 2 problems with wifi cards!! any fix

i have 2 wifi cards and non of them i can make it work at kali linux2

the first one is rtl8187 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. RTL8187
and the second rt2800usb Ralink Technology, Corp. RT2870/RT3070

looking for a fix i did some ways i find it while i did search non of it work

1. restart
2. go to BIOS
3. set LOAD DEFAULTS SETTINGS
4. save changes to cmos and exit
5. restart

i have kali linux in vmware
