i downloaded kali 2.0 64-bit iso, unpacked it and in root, added folder /uefi/boot/ with decompressed efi.img that was in /boot folder and 4 other files as i saw in tutorials like this

with that i succeeded booting it from usb flash on uefi machine
i wanted to use that same to burn it on bootable dvd, i followed this tutorial http://www.intowindows.com/how-to-create-bootable-windows-iso-from-filesfolders/
i was confused what file to select for boot image, as this tutorial is for windows, this pic http://windows.intowindows.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/Create-bootable-Window-ISO-from-USB-step4_thumb.jpg
basically i have working usb uefi installation, i want to make bootable iso and dvd from that?
