I am pretty sure the only current working build will be for 5.1.1 LMY48M. I tried to even get it working on LMY48T and couldnt, let alone any of the 6.0 builds.

nethunter 2.1 is out and supporting Nexus 6 Marshmallow 6.0.1 already, I am using, but still in development, so yet release any offical flashable zip to install.

Instead of waiting, you may just compile the update-zip file by yourself, if don't know how, first, get a kali linux machine using VMware or Virtualbox, do a full update and upgrade, and then follow the instructions here:
https://github.com/offensive-security/kali-nethunter/tree/master/AnyKernel2
make a new folder(e.g. abc), cd abc, git clone [the address above], then
type in "python build.py -d shamu --marshmallow",
wait until it finishes cooking the update-zip file.

Next, flash your rom back to stock marshmallow 6.0.1 image from google >> flash latest twrp image(don't choose to install Supersu.apk suggested by twrp)>> flash your update-zip file, and done. After booted into the system, choose your own need to install chroot package.

If succeed, please try to find the bugs and report the issue on github, leaving questions here doesn't help too much, as the nethunter team will do action according the issues opened on github, and they will try to fix it asap. so that they can make the nethunter more powerful.
