Hey everyone
So, I just installed kali on a HP Pavillion tx1000
It has a fingerprint reador and it is a tablet type laptop so it has a touch screen
My question is this.. how do I enable those two features? I'm sure there's some drivers out there for this, but I'm unaware of it.
For the fingerprint it sorta shows it.. If I go into Settings and Preferences and type "fingerprint" in the search bar, it shows the User Profiles option and if I click on it right away, it shows the Fingerprint Reader option under the default account, but when I click on my account, that option disappears.
Also I should note that when I search through the Package Manager (Add/Remove software), it pretty much makes it seem that everything searchable is already installed, and if I hit Apply, nothing happens.
Hope someone can help me out
