Major Issue With Installing Latest Version Of Kali Linux

I'm am hoping someone can help me with the problem that I have been continuously running into during my many trials and errors of installing the most recent version of Kali Linux. about 80% through the Installing process i keep running into a dialouge box stating that "The failing step is: Install the system. I have torented and have direct ISO the program, and tackled this at several different angles, ending in the same result. I would very much appreciate if anyone can help walk me through this problem. Running Windows 8. Kali Linux through Oracle VM.

pass first 3 steps and use light version instead of full version and try to install Kali on VB
