Nexus 7 2012 stuck on Step 7

I'm installing Nethunter on my Nexus 7 (2012) lollipop and it seems to be stuck on step 7. Right now it's just showing the blue, green, red, and yellow circles in the center of the screen. It's been here for about 30 minutes now. I'm wondering if I should wait longer or if I should power the device off?

I figured it out...

For my Nexus 7 2012 Wifi Tablet

1 Use the Nexus Root Toolkit v2.1.0....http://www.wugfresh.com/nrt/
2 Install Android 5.1.1 LMY47V factory image for Nexus 7 2012 (Wi-Fi)...https://dl.google.com/dl/android/aosp/nakasi-lmy47v-factory-b48bd71d.tgz
3 Unlock and Root...follow the directions in the prompt.
4. Download TWRP. Save the nethunter zip in the tablet, then through TWRP go to install then load nethunter-grouper-lollipop-3.0.zip ... https://images.offensive-security.com/nethunter-grouper-lollipop-3.0.zip
