Problem WIth installing Photon Plus Data card

Hey m using internet from data card .Its Photon Plus by Tata Docomo. Their are driver inside it for linux on backtrack it install smoothly but on Kali m not able to installing it. Following error
Local path is: /usr/local/Photon_Plus
