Missing install kali in menu?!?

Since kali 2016.1 there is no "install kali" icon in Applications after Live boot...
Is there some way to start that from terminal?

I'm doing it that way because my keyboard is not functioning during graphical install nor any other install option.
My laptop is Razer Blade 2013 (anti-ghosting keyboard...).

I am having the same issue. There must be some kinda way to manually kick it off. Tried looking for a Kali install script on the filesystem but to no avail, sadly.

Hopefully a dev can answer?
