I've been trying to get NetHunter back on my Nexus 7 (2013) since I updated to 6.0.1 but chroot wont install due to the SHA mismatch.
I've tried downloading chroot from the nethunter app and I've also built a minimal package from the github.
Currently running a nethunter that was built from source on Feb 3rd.
This is my log for the downloaded version:

I know the one I built matched the SHA-1 that was created with it and the archive was valid according to 7zip.
Could anyone help me figure out why the checksums are always bad?
SOLVED:
A Factory Restore fixed the issue.
Honestly, I think Titanium Backup was restoring data on every reboot which caused the old version of NetHunter's APK backup to replace the new version that the kernel installed.
