Apparmor kali linux

Hi good afternoon, I had a problem and can not find it anywhere solution
I tried to create my own distribution, based on kali. this is my problem.

everything works perfect but I installing apparmor gives me the following error

root@kali:/# apt-get install apparmor

I've been doing it manually from the chroot
