I use Oxygen 2.1.4 a couple weeks ago and this is much stable than cm12.1 i would use nethunter on it, anyone ported this to oxygen?

You can download sana chroot from the app itself, or, if you wanna try rolling:

Make sure to wipe cache after flashing the chroot over installer as a bootloop can occur.

and with this kernel my wifi is not working
What exactly doesn't work? Connecting to a WIFI or injection? I have tested this (and using this on my phone ATM) and both functions are working just fine. Can you check on "About phone" page that the kernel is persists?
