Access Denied Start Up On Boot

So I recently finally found out what my USB flash drive was named. I went to install Kali, and I got an Access Denied message. I have a screenshot. Can someone help me?

Seems like wrong Bios settings !

Reset your Bios to default and try it again

or may be your bios chipset has a new frimware , update it and try
