After several attempts at installing Kali on top of Windows 10, I have decided to reformat my whole hard disk and reinstall everything. Please give a step by step instruction for an UEFI install of dual boot of win10 and Kali.

This one is tough for me, as I am a newbie. Please post a simpler one. And should I install win10 first or Kali??

What I want to do is dual boot win10 and Kali and access them via rEFInd. So i thought i should have a efi install. Please help in this.
